Defend The Kingdom! (Hapto Day 09)

Once Upon A Time... There was a mad posse of princesses. (to be fair,
some of them were princes, but that's neither hither or thither as
they were all stylishly attired.) And there was a ball, and a great
many dragons, and alleys of flaming molten lava... like Mordor, only
worse, came between them.But ride they did, on steeds of the finest
order... through the crusty paths, and the shining roads, to the dark
place, where the gates to fairyland opened up and light sparkled off
the river, and little bunnies hopped furiously to herald our brave
adventurers arrival.



And they danced. OH! how they danced. The whirled and spun hoops of
the finest gold roundst thier delighted countenances. They grooved,
and unserstood the magical power of dancing musics. The brave
princess yt, withstood an errant attack from one of the floating
luminecent balls, when the great steed Cloudbuster, crashed from the
sky to the earth, as its magic faltered slightly. (its so hard to
find good mages these days)



When their shoes were worn thin, they took to the aid of the brave
knight Shakes, who had been felled earlier by a ferocious dragon
wandering in the woods. His front tooth was held in place my a
magical spell, and the injuries sustained when the great lumbering
beast threw him to the rocks, were only partially mended. (Its so hard
to find good clerics these days) But a brave prince he was, and met
the party of princeses with jubilation at the steamy bronze center of
the kingdom. When the jubilee was crashed by gnomes in various states
of sobriety, the princesses fled to the cool waters, and played
gleefully in the waterfalls, and banged drums mightily, jumping and
dancing and playing... Dresses in tatters, they returned home, and
snuck back into the castle, just as dawn colored the sky.
