Puddle Jumpers

MRC was well-attended and productive, painting things military gray,
repairing ships, replacing
plasma casings, general organization and electronics bench overhauls.
Skunk made everyone lasagna molecules and salad. We were graced by
Pirate Leslie and Jorge before launch, as well as Bucky, Waltor and
Diva.

There was also a good share of setbacks. The mission started out with
the typical radiation exposure, and then decided not to stop until we
finished up. YT had a severe plasma casing failure, and had to switch
it up for her civilian craft. Cloudbuster was low on zoobs, having for
some reason not received its proper charge since
the previous mission. Movement was touch and go, radiation was rife,
and the STs were a little grumpy.

Thank goodness for the civilians! We were very well received by them,
with lots of cheers and hi-fives, and many knew our name. Many
stickers and temporary tattoos were distributed.

Generally a low-key and satisfying mission, which is probably for the
best after last week's grueling flight.
