Four pilots from SCUL'S 4TH DIVISION flew 4 ships through the NB System on stardate: 20130504s... The fourth was strong with us this night, indeed... oh yeah and we wore mustaches. That is to say, three pilots grew fabulous mustaches of varying size and shape, while the Captain had to resort to implanting a sort of smelly and eye-watering temporary prosthetic.
Itching for exploration, our navigator and mission leader consulted the starmap to plot a course skirting the edges of the neighboring Dartmouth System. We daring pilots had to first overcome a gauntlet of negi g-wells to reach escape velocity as we ventured into this dark, as-yet unexplored sector of deep space. Thankfully, Beatleman was able to provide a solid groove of Star Wars themes and Latin dance to motivate our boosters. Danger and excitement wait around every turn, leaving us hungry for more but this was merely an exercise in reconnaissance. We will have to return for further observation.
Upon return to our native system, we arrived to a warm welcome from the CBU and late night space travelers. We took a moment to enjoy the libations of Pour Farm Cantina where we met many civilians eager to learn more about our mission and hear stories of our adventures. Along the way, transport after transport blasted us with sonic disruptors, scanned our ships and cheered with the knowledge that the Starchasers were keeping the cosmos safe and funky!
