A Hyperspace Byway Too Far
Early launch time: 7/7. Flying under the daystar leads to unparalleled vistas.
Weather: 6/7. Excellent performance by the daystar, headwinds and crossbreezes were cooling but slowed flight.
Flying Dorchester skyways: 3/7. Transports a little close for comfort, but food long on cheer!
Dorchester ST: 7/7. A transport was stopped in ship space and the ST WHOOPED his sonic disrupter at the transport until it rounded the corner out of our way.
Visiting the pear: 7/7. Despite documentation, watching Dr Claw display affection (and hug sculptures) warms this pilot's heart.
Spiral bridge descent onto Neponset Asteroid Belt: 3/7 for pilots of tall or long ships, 5/7 for pilots of modestly proportioned ships. Tricky maneuvering and low altitude lead to ducked heads.
Billings Asteroid Belt Wormhole: 5/7. More tight maneuvering for pilots of long ships. Excessive flying salad. Pamplemousse demonstrated the sourness of her species and had a brief but solvable mechanical.
Confused ST: 5/7. Gave high-fives but was INCREDIBLY skeptical.
Neponset Asteroid Belt Wormhole: 7/7. Incredible views. Many high-fives. Excellent Astroid Belt crossings.
Dog on heavy nebula transport: 10/7. Very good mascot.
Mattapan Trolleys: 10/7. Dead Bride was dismayed they were not embraceable.
Constellation Mattapan: 2/7. Lasers poorly designed. Very confusing. On fire.
Rocket attempting to douse above fire: 7/7. Good effort, but needed more liquid molecules.
Hyde Park terrain: 3/7. Many g-wells.
Luna Deli: Food: 5/7. All food made in view of pilots. Speed: 2/7. Hungry, wanna-be centurions short on patience.
Gnome home: 5/7. Looked cozy, but Rocket pronounced it long on spiders. Also the area smelled of burning rubber.
Mysterious burning smell: 4/7. Followed the fleet. Suspected causes: 1, transport crash, not caused by viewing SCUL. 2, friction between Starhustler's rear thruster and radiation protection. 3, friction from Pamplemousse's transit conduit wearing on the ship.
Echo Bridge: 6/7. Needs better signage, fleet flew right underneath. Echo: approx 15 repeats. View: 7/7. Rocket's space rover to provide further photographic data.
Charles Asteroid Belt Wormhole: 5/7. Erratic terrain, flying salad. Good high fives.
Waltham ST: 7/7. Saluted fleet over intercom.
Re-entry: 4/7. Some pilots suffering from daymission sickness. Not enough ice cream molecules consumed.
Bridges: 7/6. a Bridge too far.
