Mission Summary
Five pilots heeded the siren's song for a local mission and after a small delay of launch to ensure every pilot was fully prepared for century protocol, Excess led the fleet on a lazy route to the Kendall Constellation via the Charles Asteroid Belt and the back alleys of MIT. A quick jaunt over to the Inman Constellation before swinging down to Luna 7-11 in the Central Constellation knocked out three of our five required squares. Civilians were in awe the whole evening and the tribbles fled at our approach through the edges of the Harvard Constellation as we drifted our way in search of swings of unusual pilot size.
Beyond the little known Taylor Constellation (it has a firehouse and everything!), a relatively new play space had what the fleet was looking for and so much more. Swings sized for Choppers! Three tiered, palatial climbing structures, slides that were speedy yet more safe than cop slide, more spongy surfaces than a padded room, and invisible bugs hungry for pilots' fluids. After a leisurely stay, the fleet ducked into a nearby wormhole where BaneThunderwolf lost cargo due to a broken tractor beam. With cargo re-secured, the fleet continued through the wormhole, being spit out not far from home. The casual flight home was only interrupted by an impromptu Wall Formation maneuver just before the fleet arrived safely back at Ft. Antwerp.
