SCUL Day: Can You Dig It?
Happy Birthday, SCUL. Turning a sweet sixteen, we flew out looking young and dapper with 19 pilots on board. Before we hit the launch pad, pilots scampered around looking for trinkets and toys to gift ourselves. We had more trouble coming up with a pretend gift, but in the end, what needed to be done was done and we headed out for a long night.
Trying to locate Kpafun, we stopped at Luna CVS for some unsavory snacks and a special treat! Skunk showed us a display of some of his metal friends while rainbow covered civis walked the streets and stopped in amusement at our glorious ships.
We headed off to one last pit stop before our final destination where the real fun begins. We bumped into ZyGoat with some tasty treats! Posi! We stopped at Luna 7/11, providing an extra boost for some, and dance time for others. More excited rainbow civis flocked our ships while we waited to regroup.
Finally, the journey to our destination on the other side! Through many lightyears and hills, we made it to the forbidden forest. We flew through dark trails in the night and up steep cliffs with minor difficulties. We reached the mountain!
With a view that went on forever on a beautiful night, the crew set out for the perfect location while others chatted, munched, traded ships, and got nude. We heard the call from across the way and we knew the time was right!
Skunk marks the spot and we dig. Pilots check our sweet sixteen gifts to ensure security and awesomeness. For what seemed like hours, the fleet took turns moving space gravel and moon rocks until we finally reached the other side of the universe, which we felt was far enough. In the meantime, a few went off to find coordinates and other numbers stuff. A memory of our great feat was in order but didn't work out too well.
The crew set up and covered our tracks. SHIZZAM. Mission
accomplished. We watched the sky as what was once a growing darkness began to shimmer, we headed back to base. Back to the treacherous passage that leads to the abyss of space, we flew at high speeds. During our final flight of the night, the sky grew pink and our eye lids grew heavy. Back at the launch pad, we cheered ourselves for being awesome, 16, and cute. We called it a morning, and flew home.
