* Bucket brigade all equipment that isn't flying on the mission into the truck.
* Put some stickers up around the old Fort Tyler, and kiss it goodbye.
* Fly to the glorious new Fort Antwerp.
* Bucket-brigade out of the truck and into the new space, putting things down where they belong according to our floorplan.
* Figure out a way to get back home.
SCUL, and its glorious array of pilots, parts, ships, tools, and lasers, has shifted itself to the Allston system!
For weeks and months, the pilots of SCUL have prepared; packing parts, jettisoning junk, and slowly tucking the SCUL fort tighter. Then, on Fri-night, all at once, SCUL pilots new and old converged on the fort to move SCUL's fort carefully into a truck. There was laughter, careful planning, bucket brigades, and cleaning as many willing hands moved things to where they needed to be and helped other Asylum folks in need. The truck was carefully filled, each item packed tight and the door shut to wait for the dawn.
Dawn on Saturday (ok it was 11am), and SCUL assembled for the final time at Fort Tyler. Farewells were said to the hollowed out fort, the airlocks were opened. Out through the gates and into the blinding daystar rode SCUL. Wending its way through crowds attending the Head of the Charles, SCUL spread cheer and stickers on its way to the Allston system.
The truck in place in front of Fort Antwerp, pilots assembled. Awed and full of joy at the heights and depths of the new Artisans building, they formed a line of hands, carefully passing each piece of SCULs physical space into the building and on towards its new home.
Task complete, pilots dispersed, leaving Fort Antwerp newly populated with what will become the new SCUL base. The new launch pad for the mass of light, music, ships, and joyful chaos that is a SCUL mission.
