SCULimpics 2002

Mission Summary

Today is the day that SCUL's athletes get to show there best skills. Two new events were added this year: the tube blowout, which involved pumping up an inner tube until it explodes and Doublemint: ride a ship while carrying ship B from point A to point B. Then ride Ship B while carrying ship A back to point A. Other events included skid, donut race, frame toss, limb, frosty kick, and derby. The day promised to bring mechanicals and injury. Official results to be posted, no records broken. The only injury of note was sustained by Asher, who stopped a wheel with her foot. This proved an effective techique for taking out ViciousSquirrell, however she took herself out in the process. Heavy damage occurred on DarknDank do to the fact that the chain ring (which somehow passed preflight) was held on by 2 of 5 bolts, causing it to fold in half.

gold-Vegetable who set the record at 20.78 sec carrying pestilence and sloth

silver-Moose on circus peanut and lust--he was so close to the leader that they had to have a showdown for the medal!

Bronze-NoWay on sloth and anger.



Limbo broke new records this year and was a fierce competition.
